Ads on the Free Tier

The free tier of aInspired is supported by ads. Here's what to expect and how to remove them.

What Ads Will I See?

As a free user, you may see:

• A small banner ad between the toolbar and the keyboard keys. This is always visible when typing.
• Occasional overlay ads when the keyboard opens (not every time -- roughly every 5th open, with cooldowns).
• Rewarded video ads when you've used up your daily AI quota. These are optional -- you choose to watch them to earn extra AI messages.
• Sponsored content in the AI chat panel (after several responses).

What We Don't Do

• We never show ads in password fields or sensitive input areas.
• We never show popup ads that block your typing.
• We never show ads during your first 48 hours with aInspired.
• We never use your typing data for ad targeting.

Content Filtering

All ads are filtered to be appropriate. We block categories including gambling, dating, explicit content, weapons, and political advertising. The maximum content rating is Teen (T).

How to Remove Ads

Upgrading to any paid tier removes all ads instantly:

• Basic ($3.99/mo) -- Removes ads, increases quotas
• Pro ($9.99/mo) -- Removes ads, unlimited features
• BYOK ($9.99 one-time) -- Removes ads permanently, use your own API keys

When you upgrade, ads disappear immediately and the toolbar returns to its full height.

Earning Extra Quota with Ads

When you hit your daily AI quota limit, you'll see an option: "Watch a short video for more AI messages." This is completely optional. If you choose to watch, you'll sit through a brief video session (about 60-90 seconds) and earn additional AI messages for the day.

You can do this up to 2 times per day.
