As a keyboard app, we understand that trust is everything. Here's a clear, honest explanation of how aInspired handles your data.

What Stays on Your Device (Never Leaves)

These things are processed and stored entirely on your phone. We never see them:

• Everything you type -- Keystroke data stays on your device. Your typing patterns, n-gram predictions, and word suggestions are generated locally.
• Passwords and sensitive fields -- aInspired automatically detects password fields and other sensitive inputs. It disables learning, predictions, and all cloud features for these fields.
• Personal n-gram data -- Your personalized word predictions are stored in an encrypted local file. They never leave your device.
• Theme and keyboard settings -- All stored locally.

What Is Sent to the Cloud (Only When You Use AI Features)

These features require sending data to AI providers to work. They only activate when you explicitly use them:

• Voice transcription -- When you tap the microphone button, your voice audio is sent to a speech-to-text provider for processing. Audio is processed in real-time and is not stored by us.
• AI phrase correction -- When the AI corrects your text, the text near your cursor is sent to an AI provider. Only the text being corrected is sent, not everything you've typed.
• AI chat -- Messages you send in the chat panel are processed by AI providers to generate responses.
• Meme and GIF search -- Your text prompts are sent to our servers to find relevant content.

What We Collect for Your Account

If you create an account (sign in with Google), we store:

• Google account identifier -- A unique ID to link your subscription across devices. We do not store your Google password.
• Email address -- For account communications and receipts.
• Subscription status -- Which plan you're on and when it renews.
• Device identifier -- A random ID for your device, used for quota tracking.
• Usage counts -- How many voice transcriptions, corrections, and chat messages you've used today (for quota enforcement). We do not store the content of those requests.

What We Never Do

• We never sell your data to third parties.
• We never log or store what you type.
• We never read your passwords or sensitive input.
• We never store your voice recordings on our servers.
• We never build advertising profiles from your typing data.

BYOK Privacy Advantage

If you use BYOK (Bring Your Own Key), your AI requests go directly from your device to your chosen provider. They never pass through aInspired's servers at all.

Free Tier Ads

Free tier users see ads powered by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and ad interaction data per Google's privacy policy. Ads are disabled on all paid tiers. No typing data is ever shared with ad networks.

Your Rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time. See our "Account Deletion and Data Erasure" article for details.
